1. Education, 1980, Tennessee
Quit high school because I didn't want to take home economics, realized
my mistake and received my GED from the State of Tennessee. Continued my
education at Nashville State Technical Institute in Electrical
Maintenance, GPA was 3.92. Was on the Deans' Honor Roll and received two
Blue Ribbons from Texas Instruments in 1980 for finding two mistakes in
their manual.
2. Blessing, 26 Jan 1990, Henderson, Henderson Co, KY
I'd have to say that my most precious "blessing" would be my daughter,
Melissa whom I call my "Angel Baby". She's getting to those teenage
years and doesn't like to be called Angel Baby but in my book, she will
always be my Angel.

My girlfriend is the real researcher but after watching her pour over her
books for hours on end, I think her genealogy bug crept over and bit
me. Netta put some queries out on several message boards regarding my
family and I'll be darn if she didn't start getting some responses. The
one response that touched me the most was from my new found cousin Opal
Biggs Blodgett. After having corresponded with her and her husband over
the internet for about a month, I picked up the phone and called her
long distance. I just had to talk to this Southern Lady and hear that
Arkansas accent. With Opal's help, my research is what it is today but
there are still a lot of blanks that I want to get filled.
4. Occupation, 17 Jul 2001, Owensboro, Daviess Co, KY
I want to secure a position where my experience can be utilized and
developed. After 15 years experience in the supervision and installation
of floor covering, I decided it was time for a change. I graduated from
the Delta Trucking School and received my CDL. The top driving instructor
told me that I had the 3rd highest grade to graduate from his class. Now
the challenge is finding a trucking firm that fits my new goals.
5. Hobbies
My hobbies include fishing, hunting and wood working. My girlfriend
purchased one of those "as is" houses and it's been quite a challenge to
do the renovations. I told her when she first looked at the house and
saw all of it's potential, that there was a movie made about this house
(Money Pit). But after three years now, I think it's finally coming
together.
